Our Fleet

1. Prices Include: 
● All taxes & VAT
● All local taxes and all kinds of fees, there are no hidden costs
● Full Insurance package with excess amount 150€ for cars
● Basic insurance package with excess amount 1000€ for Scooters and excess amount 2500€ for ATVs
● Free Pickup – Drop-off across the island during working hours
● Car replacement (subject to cars availability) in case of damage
● 24/7 Roadside Assistance
● Unlimited kilometers

2. Required Documents
● A valid driving license for all registered drivers
● An international driving permit if required (read the “Driving License” section below)
● Passport or National ID for all registered drivers
● All booking details (online or phone booking) must be valid. Our company reserves the right to refuse the rental if the booking details are not valid.

Driving License
● The driving license must have been issued at least one year before the pickup date.
● National driving licenses issued within the EU are accepted.
● Citizens of all other countries must have a valid international driving permit along with their regular driving license.

3. Driver’s Age
The driver must be at least:
● 20 years old to rent a car
● 19 years old to rent an ATV
● 17 years old to rent a 50cc scooter
● 18 years old to rent a 125cc scooter or higher
The maximum age limit for all vehicle categories is 75 years.

4. Reservations and Vehicle Categories
All reservations are based on vehicle categories, not specific vehicle models. We strive to provide the selected vehicle model for each booking. However, if the selected model becomes unavailable, our company reserves the right to offer a similar model. A similar model will be a vehicle within the same category as the selected model. Additionally, our company reserves the right to offer a model from a higher category at no extra charge (free upgrade).

5. Reservation Duration and Minimum Rental Charge
● The minimum reservation duration is one day, and the maximum is 30 days.
● The minimum charge, regardless of rental duration, is one day.
● If you wish to rent a vehicle for more than 30 days, please contact us for a quote, as the rental agreement must be renewed every 30 days.
● If the renter wishes to extend the rental period beyond the agreed duration, they must contact our company at least two days before the return date to request an extension, subject to availability. The extension is only valid once the rental contract is updated.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation at any time without any consequences or obligations.

7. No-Show Policy
If the renter fails to pick up the vehicle on the agreed rental start date and time without prior written or phone communication, the reservation will be canceled after two hours.

8. Late Returns
During the low and mid-rental seasons, a delay of up to one (1) hour will not incur additional charges. Beyond a one (1) hour delay, the customer will be charged an additional rental day based on our company’s pricing policy.

9. Fuel Policy
The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as it was delivered (“same to same”).
If the renter returns the vehicle with less fuel than received, they will be charged for the fuel difference.
No refunds will be given if the renter returns the vehicle with more fuel than received.

10. Infant and Child Seats
We offer three types of seats:
● Infant seat: Birth-10 kg
● Child seat: 9-18 kg
● Booster seat: 18-36 kg
Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability.
The first infant or child seat is free of charge. Additional seats cost €4 per day for all types.

11. Additional Driver
The first additional driver is free of charge.
For more than one additional driver, the cost is €4 per day per driver.

12. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the vehicle.

13. Vehicle Cleaning Fee
If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of €30 + VAT will be charged.

14. Car Insurance Coverage
1) Free Full Insurance Package (FDW) for Cars with ZERO EXCESS:
• Age coverage: 20-75 years
• Valid for all vehicle categories
• With this insurance, the additional amount in case of damage is zero (€0).

The Full Insurance for Cars (FDW) covers:
• Collision Damage Waiver
• Third-Party Insurance (TPI or TPL)
• Material damages
• Material damages caused by an uninsured vehicle
• Fire insurance
• Theft insurance
• Roadside Assistance
• 24/7 Customer Support

The Full Insurance for Cars (FDW) DOES NOT COVER damages caused by:
• Driving off recognized and paved roads (off-road driving)
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Unauthorized driving
• Driving for illegal activities
• Damage to the underside of the car due to illegal or reckless driving
• Tires (including the spare tire) and vehicle wheels
• Loading, unloading, or transporting the vehicle on ships or other means of transport without prior written consent from Levantino Rentals
• The vehicle’s interior
• Glass and mirrors
• Car keys
• Damage due to improper parking
• Engine damage caused by incorrect fuel use
• Failure to notify the company or the police at the time of an accident
• Any damage caused while violating Greek Road Traffic Laws (e.g., running a red light or ignoring a STOP sign).
If the renter violates these terms, they must compensate Sklivas Car Rentals for the full damage amount.

2) Premium Full Insurance Package (SUPER FDW + WUG) for Cars with ZERO EXCESS:
• Age coverage: 20-75 years
• Valid for all vehicle categories
• With this insurance, the additional amount in case of damage is zero (€0).
For an extra charge of €10 per day, this insurance includes additional WUG coverage.
WUG coverage provides protection for damages to wheels, including tires and rims, the underside of the car (such as the oil pan and exhaust system), and glass breakage (windshield, windows, and mirrors).

The Premium Full Insurance Package (SUPER FDW + WUG) covers:
• Collision Damage Waiver
• Third-Party Insurance (TPI or TPL)
• Material damages
• Material damages caused by an uninsured vehicle
• Fire insurance
• Theft insurance
• Roadside Assistance
• 24/7 Customer Support
• Damage or loss of tires, rims, and hubcaps
• Damage to mirrors
• Damage to windows
• Damage to the underside of the vehicle

The Premium Full Insurance Package (SUPER FDW + WUG) DOES NOT COVER damages caused by:

15. Insurance Coverage for Scooters & ATV Quad
1) Free Basic Insurance Package for Scooters and ATVs
With the basic insurance package, the excess amount is €600 for scooters and €2500 for ATV Quads.
The basic insurance coverage includes:
• Third-Party Insurance (TPI or TPL)
• Material damages
• Material damages caused by an uninsured vehicle
• Fire insurance
• Theft insurance
2) Full Insurance Package (FDW) for Scooters & ATV Quads (Full Damage Waiver)
• For scooters:
o For an additional charge of €10 per day, the renter can opt for full insurance with ZERO EXCESS.
o With this insurance, in case of damage, the renter’s liability is zero (€0).

• For ATV Quads:
o For an additional charge of €20 per day, the renter can opt for full insurance with an excess amount of €500 + VAT.
o With this insurance, in case of damage, the renter’s liability is limited to the excess amount.

What is NOT COVERED by Any Insurance (CAR – SCOOTER – ATV)
• Damages caused by a driver under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Damages caused by an unauthorized driver.
• Damages resulting from illegally parked vehicles.
• Damages due to traffic law violations (e.g., running a red light, ignoring a STOP sign).
• Damages caused by reckless, negligent, or improper driving.
• Engine damage due to incorrect fuel use or negligence.
• Damages caused by off-road driving or use on unsuitable roads (unpaved roads, dirt paths, beaches, etc.).
• Damages occurring after the agreed return time.
• Damage to mirrors.
• Damage or loss of tires, rims, and hubcaps.
• Damage to the underside of the vehicle.
• Damage or loss of the antenna.
• Damages caused intentionally or recklessly by the renter (e.g., clutch burnout or tire burnout).
• Failure to notify the company and police at the time of an accident.
• Loss of personal belongings.
• Loss, damage, or theft of vehicle keys.
• Loss of the fuel cap or any accessories.
• Total or partial theft due to renter negligence (e.g., leaving the keys in the ignition).
• Traffic fines or any administrative penalties resulting from violations of the Greek Road Traffic Code.

16. Fixed Compensation Amounts for Damage/Loss/Negligence
• Car key: Basic €150, Special €300
• Scooter & ATV key: Basic €30, Special €45
• Child seat: Birth-9 kg & 0-18 kg €100, Booster 18-36 kg €60
• Car & ATV alloy wheel: €100 per piece
• Scooter alloy wheel: €80 per piece
• Car floor mats: €20 per piece
• Dirty seats: €30

17. Transporting the Vehicle Off the Island
The transportation of Scooters and ATVs off the island is strictly prohibited. Cars may be transported off the island only if the company has been informed in advance and with an additional charge of €15 per day.

18. Traffic Fines or Other Administrative Penalties
The renter is responsible for paying any traffic fines or administrative penalties that may arise from violations of the Greek Traffic Code. The renter may pay the fines in cash or by credit card. If a fine is issued after the rental period, our company will charge the renter’s credit card for the amount of the fine.
If the police or any other authority removes the vehicle’s license plates during the rental period, the renter must immediately compensate our company. The compensation amount will be calculated by multiplying the total number of days the vehicle is without license plates by the daily rental rate for the current season.

19. Other Terms
The renter is responsible and obligated to compensate the company for any damage resulting from negligence (if there is no waiver agreement). The renter must also properly lock the car and park it in a suitable and secure location.
During the rental period, the vehicle may not be used:
• In violation of this agreement
• To transport passengers or goods for a fee
• To carry more passengers than permitted by the vehicle’s license
• To transport heavy objects, odorous goods, or drugs
• To tow another car or trailer
• For participation in car races, special routes, etc.
• For any purpose that is contrary to Greek laws
The rental company is not responsible for the loss or damage of the renter’s personal belongings left in the vehicle.
The rental company has the right to terminate the rental agreement without consequences if it determines that the renter is harmful to the company’s interests, does not comply with traffic regulations, or violates the terms of the contract.
